Dr. David Suarez

Medical Director

Dr. David Suarez is a board-certified physician and former cosmetic surgeon with over two decades of experience in medicine. A graduate of Midwestern University/Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine (Class of 2005), Dr. Suarez completed his general surgery residency in 2011 and went on to train in general cosmetic surgery, launching a successful private practice soon after.
He built a thriving cosmetic surgery center from the ground up—without a mentor—and became known for his precision, innovation, and patient care. However, in 2009, after taking his first course in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Dr. Suarez began to reimagine his approach to health. This shift intensified following the loss of both parents and a spiritual awakening that led him to pivot from cosmetic work to a more purpose-driven path.
In 2014, he closed his surgery center and founded Pure Wellness Medical, a cutting-edge integrative medicine clinic focused on hormone optimization, weight loss, regenerative medicine, and functional health. Since then, he has become a recognized leader in the field, earning Top Doctor honors in 2023.
Dr. Suarez is also a master injector and international educator, affiliated with Full Face Academy in Colombia, where he trains and collaborates with world-renowned injectors. His clinical certifications include IV Nutrition, Ozone Therapy, Sexual Health, Pain Relief, and Life Mastery Coaching.
