Cristina Campisi, APN

Cristina was born and raised in Morris County, New Jersey. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut. Cristina obtained her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Binghamton University, specializing in Adult Gerontology Primary Care and is Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Cristina brings to Peak Medical Center a wide breadth of medical knowledge from her over 8 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the Medical ICU, Neurological ICU, and Primary Care in top institutions such as Jefferson University Hospital and Health System.

Cristina enjoys her time outside of medicine by the pool or relaxing with her husband, 2 cats, family and friends.

Eriko Takatsuki, PT, DPT

Eriko Takatsuki is a dedicated Physical Therapist with over three years of professional experience. She received both her bachelor's and doctorate degrees from Rutgers University, where she developed a strong foundation in the field of PT. Eriko enjoys treating a variety of conditions, including post-op ACL, total knee and total hip replacements, rotator cuff repairs and progressing all of her patients to achieve their goals.

Eriko is passionate about helping individuals improve their strength, mobility and overall quality of life through personalized treatment plans. Outside of work, Eriko enjoys traveling, working out and trying new cuisines. With a deep commitment to both personal and professional growth, Eriko strives to make a positive impact on every patient's journey to recovery.

Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine

Jason Kooch, DO

Dr J. Kooch is a Board Certified Spine Specialist, in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, who focuses on conservative spine care without the use of narcotics. Dr. Kooch performs numerous interventional spine procedures, including state-of-the-art spinal cord stimulation. He has an osteopathic and functional rehabilitation background that provides a foundation for both diagnosis and treatment of spinal conditions. His philosophy is that the far majority of spine related conditions involve the “weakest-link” of our bodies. Regardless if this is a single trauma or small micro-trauma over time, “It is our job to identify these movement patterns that contribute to the spinal condition, reduce pain, and restore function by addressing the biomechanical issues. Physical Therapy is crucial to provide an education and a plan for not only recovery, but prevention.” -Dr. J. Everett Kooch

Dr. Kooch spent the bulk of his career with Coordinated Health/Lehigh Valley Health Network since 2004, and has been spending the past few years in healthcare consulting and research. Dr. Kooch has spent his entire career treating a full range of patients, including elite athletes from Lehigh University and Lafayette College, industrial athletes with work-related injuries, and the medicare population in the Lehigh Valley, PA. He now has returned back home to New York to join the Total Orthopedic Family. Dr. Kooch did his medical training at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago at the #1 rehabilitation hospital in the country, The Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago/The Shirley Ryan AbilityLab. His previous appointments included sitting on the Board of Directors at the Hospital Network, his teaching role as Fellowship Director, he has numerous publications, and as well he as been an integral part in developing several spine centers. He loves and enjoys his two daughters, his baby boy, yoga, and has his own podcast.

Kamryn Mattesich

Kamryn Mattesich is a dedicated Occupational Therapist who earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Seton Hall University. Passionate about creating personalized treatment plans, Kamryn focuses on each patient’s unique needs and goals. Their approach is rooted in evidence-based, patient-centered care, with a strong commitment to helping individuals of all ages achieve their highest level of function through the most effective therapy techniques available. With broad clinical interests, Kamryn enjoys learning about and treating a variety of conditions and diagnoses. What truly excites them about being an OT is building relationships with patients and witnessing their weaknesses transform into strengths. Each day presents new challenges, allowing for creativity and a fun, engaging approach to therapy.

Outside of work, Kamryn enjoys spending time with family, friends, and a beloved dog, as well as traveling and participating in outdoor activities.

Dr. Jessica Ng

Dr. Jessica Ng is an NCCAOM board-certified licensed acupuncturist. She studied for her Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine and Doctor of Acupuncture with a Chinese Herbal Medicine Specialization at the Pacific College of Health and Science. She is currently in the process of completing her Herbal Board Examination to become a diplomate in Traditional Oriental Medicine. Since she was a child, Jessica grew up in Morris County, New Jersey. Growing up, Jessica continuously became ill from various ailments, such as respiratory and digestive issues, which continued into adulthood. Her mother always made a bowl of soup with Chinese medicinal herbs that helped her recover the most. Throughout her life, Jessica’s family has also utilized acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine to recover from various ailments, which sparked her curiosity about Traditional Oriental Medicine. Since starting her journey into Traditional Oriental Medicine, Jessica has experience treating various conditions, including emotional, digestive, reproductive, and orthopedic disorders. Before pursuing Traditional Oriental Medicine, Jessica graduated from Kean University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication in Graphic Design.

Outside the office, she is a foodie at heart and tries to hike new grounds. Jessica still enjoys creating various artwork and motion graphics in her downtime but mostly spends quality time with friends, family, and her dog, Milo.

Dr. Dawn Klose

Dr. Dawn Klose brings decades of experience to Peak Medical Centers. A 1994 graduate of Rutgers University, she attended New York Chiropractic College and graduated magna cum laude in 1998.

On top of being a certified chiropractic sports physician, Dr. Klose also treats common conditions like low back pain, neck pain, and headaches. She has also worked with expecting mothers, young children, and infants.

Dr. Klose is certified by the American Academy of Manual Medicine to perform manipulation under anesthesia, and she takes continuing education classes annually to keep up on the latest advancements in chiropractic care and sports medicine. She is also a Cox Technic and a Webster technique certified doctor.
